AI for business that does real work
We find the two or three processes where AI saves your team real hours, build them into the tools you already use, and teach people to use them safely. Agents and automations in n8n, Make or code; ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Claude for the team; a human signs off on anything that matters.
- Free process review call to start
- Pilot on one process in 2–4 weeks
- GDPR-aware setup, no training of models on your data

01 · What we do
Three ways we put AI to work
AI implementation
Readiness audit, a map of use cases, and a rollout of ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude connected to your CRM and documents.
AI agents and automation
Inbox triage, CRM updates, reports and document flows built in n8n, Make or custom code, with human approval steps.
AI training for teams
Hands-on workshops on your real tasks: prompting, safe data use and the AI literacy the EU AI Act expects.
AI customer service agents
Chat, email and phone agents that answer, check orders, book appointments and hand off to a person.
AI document processing
Invoices, purchase orders and RFQs read, checked and exported to your ERP or accounting tool.
02 · Use cases
Where AI usually pays off first
We start where the work is repetitive, text-heavy and already sits in a system we can connect to.
Sales
Inbound inquiries sorted and enriched, logged in HubSpot or Pipedrive, with a first-reply draft ready for the rep.
Customer support
Answers from your help center and order data, triage by topic and urgency, clean handoff to the team.
Back office and finance
Invoices and orders extracted from PDFs and emails, matched and pushed to accounting, exceptions flagged.
Operations and manufacturing
RFQs read from drawings and emails, specs summarised, quotes prepared faster from your own price logic.
03 · How we work
From first call to a process that runs every day
Readiness review
We map processes, data and access, and agree on 2–3 candidates ranked by hours saved and risk. Usually 1–2 weeks.
Pilot
One process, real data, a small group of users. We measure time per task and error rate before and after. Typically 2–4 weeks.
Rollout
Hardening, logging, access rights, an AI use policy and handover documentation. Then the next process.
Training
The people who use the new workflow learn how it works, where it fails and when to step in. See AI training.
04 · Data and security
How we handle your data
Business plans and APIs only
ChatGPT Business or Enterprise, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude for Work or API access, whose terms exclude training on your data by default.
GDPR basics in place
Data processing agreements with vendors, EU data residency where offered, and only the data a process needs.
Self-hosting when it matters
n8n can run on your own EU server, so workflow data stays in your infrastructure.
AI Act literacy
Since February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act expects companies using AI to ensure staff have sufficient AI literacy. Training covers it.
05 · We use it ourselves
AI qualification of inbound inquiries
Our own lead generation business runs on the same building blocks: inquiries arrive in a mailbox, an AI step classifies them against agreed lead criteria and drafts a summary, and a person checks before anything is passed on.
That is the pattern we recommend for most companies: AI does the reading, sorting and drafting, people keep the decisions.
FAQ
AI for business: questions
Where should a small company start with AI?
With one process that eats hours every week and has clear inputs, such as inbound emails, invoices or support questions. A short review shows which one gives the best return with the least risk.
Do we need our own AI model?
Almost never. Business plans of ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude, or their APIs connected to your systems, cover most needs. Custom models make sense only for very specific data at scale.
How much does AI implementation cost?
It depends on the number of processes, integrations and users. We quote after the review, and we explain the running costs, such as licences and API usage, before you commit.
Will AI replace our staff?
Our projects remove repetitive steps such as retyping, sorting and first drafts. People keep the judgement calls, client relationships and approvals.
Is our data safe?
We use business plans and APIs whose terms exclude training on your data by default, sign data processing agreements, limit access, and can self-host automation tools in the EU.
