More RFQs for your CNC machine shop

Engineers who need parts made search for “cnc milling service”, “cnc turning services” or “precision machining company” and compare a few shops before they send a drawing. We build our own niche sites for those searches, in Google and in AI answers, and pass the RFQs that fit your machines to you.

  • Pay per interested RFQ, not per click

01 · Buyer demand

What buyers of machined parts search for

These are buyers, not machine shops: people with a part to make. High bids on service terms show what a machining RFQ is worth to the shops competing for it.

Google Keyword Planner, English-language markets, 09.2025–08.2026. Monthly searches in range buckets; top-of-page bid in PLN.

02 · How it works

How RFQs reach your shop

  1. Your machines and sweet spot

3-axis or 5-axis, lathes with live tooling, materials, envelope sizes, tolerances and the batch sizes you like to run. That decides which searches we target.

  2. Niche sites that answer buyers

Our own sites on topics like CNC machining costs, tolerances, aluminium vs stainless, or turned parts suppliers in a region. Structured so AI assistants can cite them.

  3. Drawings land in one mailbox

STEP files, PDFs and quantities arrive in a dedicated mailbox. You get transparent access and see everything that comes in.

  4. You quote, we bill per lead

We forward RFQs that match your capabilities. You quote and sell directly, and pay per interested lead on terms agreed up front, see pay per lead.

03 · Lead criteria

What counts as an interested CNC RFQ

  • A drawing or a clear spec

A 3D model, a PDF drawing or a sample part, with material and finish.

  • Within your capabilities

Part size, tolerance and material your machines can actually hold.

  • Quantity and deadline

Prototypes, a batch or an annual call-off, with a date to work to.

  • A business buyer you can ship to

An engineer, buyer or owner in a region you serve.

04 · Buyer behaviour

Why machining buyers are easy to lose

A buyer with a drawing usually sends it to three to five shops at once and picks the one that answers fastest with a credible price and lead time. Being found is the first filter, speed of quoting is the second.

That is why we look at your quoting process on the discovery call. Inbound RFQs pay off for shops that reply within a day or two, and we would rather tell you up front if the timing does not work.

05 · Fit

Which machine shops this works for

A good fit

  • Job shops with spare spindle hours
  • Prototype to medium-series work
  • Clear capabilities: materials, sizes, tolerances
  • Quotes go out within one or two business days

Not a fit

  • Fully booked by existing customers
  • You only accept long-run series from one sector
  • No one to read drawings and quote new RFQs
  • You need work next week: new sites need time to rank

06 · Example scenario

What a CNC RFQ could look like

Illustrative example

Job shop, milling and turning

Aluminium and stainless, prototypes and small batches

Sites we would build
A buyer guide to CNC machining costs and tolerances, plus a regional page on turned parts suppliers
Who writes in
Design engineers at machine builders and product start-ups

“STEP and PDF attached: 150 housings in 6082 aluminium, black anodised, ±0.02 on the bores. Can you quote by Thursday?”

Example scenarios show how the model works. They are not client results; names and numbers are illustrative.

FAQ

Questions from CNC machine shops

What does an RFQ lead cost?

There is no public price list. It depends on your typical part value, batch sizes and region, and we agree the price per interested lead on the discovery call.

What if the RFQ is for a part we cannot machine?

Your capabilities are written into the agreement: materials, envelope, tolerances, batch sizes. RFQs outside them are not billed, and you can flag any message within the agreed window.

Can we limit RFQs to certain materials or regions?

Yes. Materials, part sizes, batch sizes and the regions you ship to go into the lead criteria before the start. We build the sites and filter the inbox around them.

Do you touch our website or Google Ads?

No. We run our own sites and mailbox on separate domains. Your website, SEO, ads and brand stay as they are.

Do you contact companies on our behalf?

No. Every RFQ comes from a buyer who found our site and wrote first.
