05 · EU AI Act
The AI literacy duty in Article 4
Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires providers and deployers of AI systems to take measures to ensure, to their best extent, a sufficient level of AI literacy among staff who use those systems, taking into account their knowledge, experience and the context of use.
Our training is designed to support that: content matched to roles and tools, plus documentation of who was trained on what. It is not legal advice; check the current text of the regulation and any guidance with your counsel.
FAQ
AI training questions
Do participants need technical knowledge?
No. The training is for people who write, analyse and organise work. We adjust the depth to the group and run a short survey beforehand.
Which tools do you train on?
The ones your company uses or plans to use: ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude or Gemini. If you have no business licences yet, we help choose them.
Does the training cover the EU AI Act?
Yes, the AI literacy part covers how AI systems work, their limits and your rules for using them, and you get a record of the training. We do not give legal opinions.
How many people per group?
Hands-on workshops run in small groups, so everyone works on their own tasks. Larger teams are split into groups or get a shorter session for all plus workshops per department.
What happens after the training?
You keep the prompt library, policy and checklist. Many teams move on to a pilot of the most useful use case with our AI implementation support.
