Lead generation · Racking and storage

Pallet racking and mezzanine inquiries, paid per lead

Warehouse and operations managers search for “pallet racking installation”, “warehouse mezzanine” or “pallet racking suppliers” when they move, expand or run out of pallet positions. We build our own niche sites for those searches, in Google and in AI answers, and pass the projects that fit your range and installation area to you.

01 · Buyer demand

What warehouse buyers search for

Installation terms carry some of the highest bids in our whole industrial keyword set: a racking project is a large order, and suppliers pay to be seen.

Google Keyword Planner, English-language markets, 09.2025–08.2026. Monthly searches in range buckets; top-of-page bid in PLN.

02 · How it works

How racking projects reach you

  1. Your range and service area

Pallet racking, cantilever, shelving, mezzanines, mobile or automated systems; design, supply, installation, inspection and repair; where your installers travel.

  2. Niche sites for warehouse planners

Our own sites on racking layouts, load capacity, aisle widths, mezzanine permits and inspection rules. Content that Google ranks and AI assistants quote when a manager asks for advice.

  3. Inquiries in a dedicated mailbox

Floor plans, pallet sizes and deadlines land in a mailbox we run. You get transparent access to every message.

  4. You survey, quote and install

We pass the projects that fit, you sell directly. You pay per interested lead, see pay per lead.

03 · Lead criteria

What counts as an interested racking inquiry

  • A warehouse project

New racking, an extension, a mezzanine, relocation, inspection or repair.

  • Basic data

Floor area or pallet positions, pallet size and weight, clear height or forklift type.

  • A timeline

A move-in date, a peak season to beat or an inspection deadline.

  • A site you can serve

The warehouse is within your installation area.

04 · Buyer behaviour

Why racking buyers research before they call

Racking is bought rarely and in large amounts, so the person in charge often does it for the first time. They search for layouts, load tables and rules on inspections, then ask two or three suppliers for a design and a quote.

Our sites answer those questions and invite a survey request. The inquiries you receive come from people who already know roughly what they need.

05 · Fit

Which suppliers this works for

A good fit

  • Racking distributors and installers with their own crews
  • Mezzanine and shelving manufacturers selling direct
  • Inspection and repair services for warehouse racking
  • Someone who can do site surveys and layouts quickly

Not a fit

  • Only selling small shelving online
  • Installation capacity booked for months
  • You only work through one large distributor
  • You need projects next month: new sites need time to rank

“We are moving into a 4,000 m² warehouse in March. Clear height 10 m, euro pallets up to 800 kg, reach trucks. Can you propose a layout and installation date?”

Example scenarios show how the model works. They are not client results; names and numbers are illustrative.

FAQ

Questions from racking suppliers

What does a racking lead cost?

There is no public price list. The price per interested inquiry depends on your typical project size and region and is agreed on the discovery call.

Can we get only installation projects, not product questions?

Yes. The lead criteria can require a site, a project and a timeline. Product-only questions outside them are not billed.

Do you send inspection and repair requests too?

If you offer them, yes. Inspections and damage repairs can be a separate part of the criteria.

Will our brand or website be involved?

No. The sites and mailbox run on our own domains. You reply under your own name, and your website stays untouched.

Do you contact warehouses on our behalf?

No. Every lead is a buyer who found our site and wrote first.
