Inbound RFQs · pay per request

Requests for quote from buyers, without RFQ platforms

We run our own niche websites where buyers look for a supplier and send their request with a drawing, a quantity and a deadline. The requests land in a dedicated inbox, we pass on the ones that fit your offer, and you quote and sell directly. No platform subscription and no race against ten other suppliers for the same job.

  • Each request goes to you only
  • Free start after a discovery call
  • You pay per interested request

01 · RFQ sources

Where suppliers find requests for quote today

Every source has its place. It still pays to know what one request costs you before it turns into an order.

02 · How it works

From search to request for quote in four steps

  1. Discovery call

We go through what you make or do, for whom, in what volumes and regions, and how much new work you can take on.

  2. A niche site at our cost

We build a site with guides and specs that answer buyers' questions about tolerances, materials, lead times or costs. It has its own form and inbox.

  3. The request reaches you

A buyer sends a request for quote. We check it against the agreed criteria and forward it. You get transparent access to the inbox and see everything that arrives.

  4. You quote and pay per lead

You contact the buyer, quote and close the sale yourself. You pay per interested request, on the terms in the agreement. Details: pay per lead.

03 · A good RFQ

What a good request for quote looks like

We design the forms on our niche sites so the buyer gives you what you need to quote straight away, not just a name and a phone number.

  • Drawing or specification

A DXF, STEP or PDF file, dimensions, material, tolerances, scope of work.

  • Quantity or scale

Number of parts, batch size, floor area, pallet positions, service frequency.

  • Deadline

When the buyer needs the quote and when they need delivery.

  • Location

Where delivery or the job takes place, so you know at once whether you cover that region.

04 · Example scenario

What a request from a niche site could look like

Illustrative example

Sheet metal shop

Laser cutting and bending, small and medium batches

Site we would build
A guide to laser cutting: sheet thicknesses, tolerances, how to prepare a file for a quote

“DXF attached: 300 stainless steel brackets, 3 mm, two bends, delivery to our plant by the end of the month. Can you quote?”

  • Requests per month once the site ranks6–10
  • Of which with drawing and quantity≈ 4

Example scenarios show how the model works. They are not client results; names and numbers are illustrative.

05 · Industries

Industries where requests for quote come from search

06 · Nothing changes on your side

Your website and brand stay as they are

The niche sites and the inbox run on separate domains that we own. We never log in to your website, never touch your SEO and never send anything in your name. We do no cold outreach either: nobody is contacted who did not write first.

You can keep using RFQ platforms, tenders and trade shows. The niche sites are an extra source of requests for quote that needs neither content nor ad budget from you. For the bigger picture, see B2B lead generation and the best ways to generate B2B leads.

FAQ

Questions about requests for quote

How is this different from an RFQ platform?

On a platform you pay a subscription and compete with other suppliers for the same request. With us the request comes through our niche site, goes to you only, and you pay only for interested requests.

Where else can I find requests for quote?

Tenders, trade shows, referrals and your own website are all sources. Niche sites add a channel where the buyer finds you on their own, without content or ad work on your side.

How much does one request cost?

There is no public price list. The price per interested request is agreed individually, depending on your industry and order values. The start is free after the discovery call.

Will requests come with a drawing and quantity?

The forms on our niche sites ask for a drawing, quantity, deadline and location. Not every buyer fills in everything, but we agree the criteria for an interested request with you before the start.

Does this work for services such as cleaning?

Yes. The model works for B2B services where the buyer asks for a quote: office and warehouse cleaning, racking installation, steel structures and similar.

How soon do the first requests arrive?

A new site needs time to be indexed and to rank in Google, so plan for weeks to months. We give you a realistic timeline for your industry on the call.
