Commission-based alternative · pay per lead

Like a finder on commission, but paid per lead

A commission-only agent or a finder introduces a client and takes a percentage of the deal. We play the same role differently: our own niche sites, visible in Google and in AI answers, receive your buyers' requests for quote, and we forward the ones that fit your offer. You pay per interested inbound lead, not a share of your sales.

  • Free start after a discovery call
  • Inbound only: no outreach in your name
  • Lead criteria and price per lead fixed before the start

Commission agent, outsourced sales or a digital finder

02 · Commission or per lead

Why pay per lead instead of a commission on sales

A finder's fee or commission deal is simple on paper: someone introduces a client, you close, they take a cut. The catch is that every sale has to be traced back to its source, both sides have to agree what was actually "introduced", and part of your margin goes out for as long as the deal says.

Our model fixes the price earlier: at the moment a buyer sends a request that meets the agreed criteria. You know what you pay, you keep the whole sale, and your own team negotiates and closes. If you still prefer a share of closed deals, we can discuss it on the call, as long as sales can be tracked.

How billing works in detail is on the pay per lead page, and the cost side is covered in B2B cost per lead.

03 · Inbound, not outbound

No outsourced cold prospecting

Many commission-based lead generation offers are outsourced outbound: an agency contacts companies that never asked, by phone, email or social messages, and is paid per meeting or per deal. In the UK and the EU, that kind of outreach is restricted by rules such as PECR and the GDPR, and whether it is compliant depends on many details.

We do no cold prospecting, neither for you nor for ourselves. We make no calls, send no unsolicited emails and use no bought lists. The requests we pass on were sent by the buyers themselves through our sites. You reply to someone who is waiting for your answer.

This is general information, not legal advice. For questions about your own sales practices, ask your legal adviser.

04 · How it works

How our digital finder works

  1. Discovery call

We look at your offer, typical deal size, regions and capacity. If your niche does not get enough searches, we tell you.

  2. Our niche sites

At our cost, we build separate sites with guides, comparisons and supplier pages that answer your buyers' questions in Google and in AI assistants.

  3. Requests for quote arrive

They land in a dedicated inbox you have transparent access to. We forward the ones that match your offer.

  4. You close, you pay per lead

You reply and sell directly. You pay for each interested lead, on the terms written down before the start.

05 · Criteria

What counts as a lead

The criteria are written into the agreement before the start, the same way a commission contract would define what counts as an introduced deal.

  • Inbound

The buyer wrote first, through our site or the dedicated inbox.

  • Your offer

They ask for a product or service you actually sell.

  • Your market

They are in a region or country you serve.

  • Buying intent

They ask for a quote, lead time, availability or a site visit.

Industries where a digital finder works best

Where buyers look for a supplier online and send a precise request: drawing, floor area, quantity, deadline.

07 · Scenario

What it could look like

Sheet metal, bending and laser cutting in small batches

Before

Sites we would build
A guide to laser cutting sheet metal and a comparison of lead times for subcontract fabrication

“We are looking for a subcontractor for 200 bent stainless parts, drawing attached. Can you quote?”

  • Requests per month once the sites rank6–10
  • Of which interested leads≈ 4

Example scenarios show how the model works. They are not client results; names and numbers are illustrative.

FAQ

Questions about commission-based lead generation

Are you a commission agent in the classic sense?

Not exactly. We do not introduce contacts from a personal network in exchange for a cut of your sales. We run our own niche sites that receive buyer requests, and you pay for each interested lead we forward.

Why not just pay a commission on revenue?

A commission means tracing every sale to its source and sharing part of your margin for as long as the contract runs. Paying per lead fixes the price at the request, and you keep the whole sale. If you insist on a percentage, we can talk about it on the call.

Do you do outsourced prospecting?

No. We make no calls, send no unsolicited emails and run no campaigns from bought lists. We only pass on requests that buyers sent themselves through our sites.

How much does a lead cost?

There is no public price list. The price per interested lead depends on your niche, your typical deal size and competition in search; we agree it together before the start.

Are the requests exclusive?

Yes. Each request goes to one company and is never resold. How we handle other companies in your industry and region is agreed on the call.

Can I keep my current sales agent?

Yes. Our sites run on separate domains and do not touch your brand or your other channels. Both can run side by side; we simply agree how to handle a buyer who arrives through both.
