Fabrication RFQs from buyers who need parts made

Buyers search for “sheet metal fabrication”, “tube laser cutting” or “custom metal fabricators” when they have a DXF and a deadline. We build our own niche sites for those searches, in Google and in AI answers, and pass the RFQs that fit your laser, press brake and welding bays to you.

01 · Buyer demand

What fabrication buyers search for

Search terms of people who need cutting, bending or welding done. Tube laser and fabricated parts carry the highest bids: those are the jobs shops compete for hardest.

02 · How it works

How fabrication RFQs reach you

  1. Your equipment and limits

Laser bed size and power, tube laser, press brake tonnage, welding processes, finishing and the materials and thicknesses you cut.

  2. Niche sites on our domains

Buyer guides such as laser cutting vs plasma, how to prepare a DXF, or stainless fabrication in a region. Written to rank in Google and be quoted by AI assistants.

  3. RFQs in a dedicated mailbox

DXF files, drawings and quantities land in a mailbox we run. You have transparent access to every message.

  4. You quote and deliver

We forward the RFQs that fit, you sell directly. Billing is per interested lead, see pay per lead.

03 · Lead criteria

What counts as an interested fabrication RFQ

  • A file or a drawing

DXF, STEP, PDF or a sketch with dimensions.

  • Material and thickness you handle

Steel, stainless or aluminium within your sheet, tube and bending limits.

  • Quantity, finish and deadline

Pieces or sets, powder coating or galvanising if needed, a date.

  • A business buyer in your area

A company you can deliver to or that can collect from you.

04 · Buyer behaviour

Why fabrication buyers search instead of calling

Many fabrication jobs start with a buyer who has a file and no regular supplier: a machine builder short on capacity, a contractor who needs brackets and frames, a start-up with its first enclosure. They search for the process near them and send the file to the first few shops that look capable.

A shop with clear pages on materials, thicknesses and lead times wins those first emails. We publish that content on our own sites, so you get the RFQs without rebuilding your website.

05 · Fit

Which fabrication shops this works for

A good fit

  • Laser cutting, bending and welding shops with free capacity
  • Shops that take both one-off jobs and repeat series
  • Someone who can price a DXF within a day or two
  • A defined delivery or collection area

Not a fit

  • You only work for a few fixed customers
  • You only want very large structural contracts: see steel structures
  • No one free to quote new RFQs
  • You need work next week: new sites need time to rank

06 · Example scenario

What a fabrication RFQ could look like

Illustrative example

Sheet metal shop with fibre laser and press brakes

Steel and stainless, up to medium thickness, powder coating via a partner

Sites we would build
A guide to laser cutting costs and file preparation, plus a regional page on sheet metal fabrication
Who writes in
Machine builders, shopfitters and HVAC contractors

“DXF attached: 400 brackets in 3 mm S235, bent twice, powder coated RAL 7016. Delivery in three weeks, is that possible?”

Example scenarios show how the model works. They are not client results; names and numbers are illustrative.

FAQ

Questions from fabrication shops

What does a fabrication lead cost?

There is no public price list. The price per interested RFQ depends on your typical job value and region and is agreed on the discovery call.

Do you only send big jobs?

We send what matches the criteria we agree together, including a minimum job size if you want one. Requests below it are not billed.

Can we limit leads to laser cutting only?

Yes. We can focus the sites and the criteria on one process, such as tube laser or stainless welding, if that is where your free capacity is.

Will our brand appear on your sites?

No. The sites and mailbox are ours, on separate domains. You reply to buyers under your own name, and your website stays untouched.

Do you contact buyers for us?

No. Every lead is a buyer who found our site and wrote first. We never contact anyone who has not asked.
