Inbound B2B lead generation · pay per lead

B2B lead generation where buyers write first. You pay per lead.

We build and run our own niche websites that rank in Google and in AI answers like ChatGPT for what buyers in your industry search. Their inquiries land in a dedicated mailbox, we pass them to you, and you sell directly.

  • Free to start after a discovery call
  • Pay per interested lead
  • Your website, SEO and brand untouched

We check fit first, so not every company is accepted.

01 · How it works

Pay-per-lead B2B lead generation in four steps.

  1. 01

    Discovery call and fit check

We look at your offer, deal size, regions and how many new clients you can take on. If the numbers do not work, we say so. Not every company is accepted.

  2. 02

We build our own niche sites

Separate domains with content that answers what your buyers search in Google and ask ChatGPT and other AI assistants, plus a dedicated mailbox. Your site and brand stay out of it.

  3. 03

Buyers write in, we pass them on

Inquiries land in the mailbox. We forward the ones that fit to you, and you get transparent access to the inbox, so you see everything that arrives.

  4. 04

You sell directly, pay per lead

You talk to the buyer and close the deal yourself. You pay per interested lead, on terms agreed before we start.

02 · Lead criteria

What counts as an interested lead.

Written into our agreement before the start, so both sides judge every message by the same rules.

  • Inbound

The buyer wrote first: through our site or the mailbox, by their own choice.

  • Your offer

Asks about a product or service you actually sell, in a scope you take on.

  • Your market

The buyer is in a region you serve, or one you agreed to deliver to.

  • A real contact

A person and a company you can reply to, not an anonymous form fill.

  • Buying intent

Asks for a quote, price, availability, specs or a site visit.

  • New to you

Not already your customer, not in your pipeline, not a duplicate.

03 · Fit

Who it is for. Who it is not for.

A good fit

  • Manufacturers and industrial suppliers: machining, fabrication, packaging, components
  • B2B service companies: installation, facility services, logistics, engineering
  • E-commerce brands with a clear niche and products people search for
  • Someone on your side answers new inquiries within a business day
  • You have room for new clients every month

Not a fit

  • You need sales tomorrow: new sites need time to rank
  • You want contact lists or databases: we do not sell them
  • Nobody can reply to inquiries quickly
  • One-off, very low-value consumer sales
  • A niche or region too small for buyers to search for it

04 · Example scenarios

What this could look like in three niches.

Example scenario · illustrative numbers, not a client result

05 · Why own sites

Own niche sites instead of ads.

Ads rent attention by the click. Our sites are an asset that keeps bringing inquiries, and none of the risk sits on your brand.

FAQ

Lead generation questions

Why is it free to start? What is the catch?

We build and pay for the sites ourselves and earn only when we pass you interested leads. That is also why we check fit first and do not accept every company: the model works only when your offer, deal size and capacity make sense.

Will this touch my website, SEO or brand?

No. Our sites and the mailbox run on separate domains that we own. We do not log into your site, change your SEO or advertise under your name. If we stop working together, nothing on your side changes.

Where do the leads come from?

Only from buyers who found our sites in Google or in an AI answer, such as ChatGPT, and chose to write. We do not buy contact lists and do not contact anyone who has not asked.

How much does a lead cost?

There is no public price list. The price per interested lead depends on your niche, deal size and how sales are counted, and we agree it on the discovery call. Some partners prefer a percentage of sales; for e-commerce brands we can even build a converting store for a share of revenue. The aim is terms both sides are happy with.

Who decides whether a lead counts?

The criteria are written down before we start. You have access to the shared inbox, so both sides look at the same messages. If one does not meet the criteria, you flag it within the agreed window and it is not billed.

How fast will the first leads come?

New sites need time to be indexed and to rank, so this is not an ad you switch on tomorrow. We give you a realistic timeline for your niche on the call. In return you get a channel that keeps working.

Who owns the sites, and who owns the customers?

We own and run the sites and domains; that is what lets us start for free. The conversations and the customers you win are yours: you talk to buyers directly and sell on your own terms.

What do I need to do?

Reply to inquiries quickly and tell us which ones turned into real conversations. No content to write, no code on your website.
