Questions merchants ask us
Can a Shopify store really go live in 10 working days?
Yes, on Launch Start: a premium theme, up to 100 products and content you already have. We fix the scope on day one so nothing grows mid-sprint. If you need custom sections or a big catalogue, Launch Pro takes 3–4 weeks.
What do I need to prepare?
Your logo, product data (a spreadsheet is fine), photos, shipping rules and a Shopify plan. We send a checklist after kickoff and chase the missing bits for you.
Which theme do you use?
Usually a premium theme from the Shopify Theme Store, often Horizon — the same base our own six stores run on. The theme licence is bought in your name, so you own it.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. Launch Start is $2,900 for the scope on this page. Launch Pro starts at $6,500 and gets a fixed quote after a short call. Extra work is only ever quoted before we do it.
What if I can't pay for a build up front?
Ask about the Partner plan: we build the store for $0 upfront and earn when you sell. Slots are limited and we only take brands with product and a plan to sell.
